The 30-Day Free Trial

  • Everything in the plan, from the first day. No card to start.
  • When the trial ends, nothing is charged: there is no card on file to charge. Subscribe if you want to keep going.
  • Until you subscribe, your account is read-only: you can still sign in to view and download your records and manage your account.
  • If you don't subscribe, your records are kept for 90 days after the trial ends. After that, your personal information is deleted or anonymized. Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and financial records, are kept only for the required period.
  • If you cancel a paid plan, you keep full access to the end of the period you paid for. Then the account is read-only for 30 days and you can resubscribe. After that, the same deletion applies.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes: in Newfoundland and Labrador that is $17.24 a month with 15% HST.

What Dweller Is Not

Not a payment app
Rent goes from your tenant to you, the way it does now. Dweller records what came in; it never holds, moves or touches the money.
Not tax filing
Dweller keeps your rental income and expenses on the lines your accountant works from and hands over organized year-end records. It does not prepare or file a tax return.
Not legal advice
Leases and notices are built on Newfoundland and Labrador's Residential Tenancies Act, 2018, and the dates are worked out from it. That is general information, not legal advice; for your own situation, ask Residential Tenancies or a lawyer.

Read from each provider's own pricing page and help centre on September 11, 2026, and they may have changed since. “Check with them” means we have no dated reading we can stand behind for that cell, not that the answer is no. “Not listed” means their site does not list Newfoundland and Labrador. Landlord Studio's paid plans are billed in US dollars. Check each provider yourself.
